Pastry Course
The workshops are conducted with a speaker in English in a privatized format for 4, 5 or 6 people.
The date of Workshop is agreed together and is usually positioned on a Wednesday or a Saturday.
Duration: 2.5-3 hours
Objectives:
- Italian Meringue
- Ganache or Creamy
- Work of the socket pocket
Each leaves with his box of about 20 to 30 macaroons.
The price includes the course, the ingredients, the recipe cards and the loan of an apron.
